FILL OUT THE QUESTIONNAIRE
This is where we really get to know you. Our personalized event questionnaire helps us understand your style, preferences, and special requests, from must-play songs to key moments you want to highlight. It’s all about crafting a plan and flow that’s uniquely yours. We only need it two weeks prior to the Wedding.

From a young age, he was by his father’s side, helping set up equipment and watching crowds come to life on the dance floor. It was during those early years that he learned not only the technical side of DJing but also the power of creating memorable experiences.
Jay went on to launch his own entertainment company with one clear mission: to give clients the freedom to create the event they’ve always imagined.
